摘要

变频压缩机电机永磁体的材料普遍采用钕铁硼稀土(NdFeB),高温状态下永磁体会产生退磁现象,退磁后会导致电机过热、绕组烧毁、冷冻油劣化、曲轴磨损等一系列问题.本文主要探索变频空调压缩机高温退磁的机理,通过关键控制因子研究防高温退磁的方法,提高压缩机的可靠性.

Abstract

Variable frequency compressor motor permanent magnet material generally uses NdFeB,high temperature permanent magnet will produce demagnetization phenomenon,demagnetization will lead to motor overheating,winding burn,refrigeration oil deterioration,crankshaft wear and a series of problems.This paper mainly explores the mechanism of high temperature demagnetization of variable frequency air conditioning compressor,and studies the method of anti-high temperature demagnetization by key control factors to improve the reliability of compressor.
