摘要

根据齿轮与齿条内啮合传动原理,研究了壁挂式空调闭合导风板驱动机构的推出与收回运动.详细分析机构受力与力矩特性之后建立了相应的设计计算理论,基于本文提出的理论,计算了八个设计方案的理论值并与实验测试数据对比.采用偏差分析法,有力证明了理论指导设计的有效性,并给出了几个重要的设计指导意见.

Abstract

According to the principle of gear and rack internal meshing transmission,the paper studied the launch and recovery movement of the closed wind deflector driving mechanism in wall-mounted air-conditioner.After detailed analysis of mechanism force and torque characteristics,the corresponding calculation theory was established.Based on the theory proposed in this paper,the theoretical value of eight designs were calculated and compared with experimental data obtained from prototype test.The deviation analysis method proves the validity of this theory effectively and gives out several important guidance of the design.
