Research on Cause Analysis and Solution of EEPROM Data Misrewrite
Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory(EEPROM)is a type of non-volatile memory widely used in electronic devices.Its main function is to store parameters,record data,record user usage habits and usage,pow-er failure memory function.Although EEPROM has the advantages of stable data preservation and multiple erasability,in practical applications,the EEPROM data is often accidentally rewritten,and the electronic control can not work after the data is wrongly rewritten.This paper will introduce the basic functions of EEPROM components in detail,analyze the common reasons for data rewriting(hardware,software,environment and other factors),and propose corresponding solu-tions and improved design schemes to improve the reliability of electronic control system and data security.
