Home appliance manufacturing industry gradually to small batch,multi-species discrete production mode transformation,while the online production of the product packaging state more but less different,resulting in the op-erator box assembly error,this error belongs to the market quality of zero tolerance error.In order to solve the problem of packaging errors in the manufacturing process of home appliances,this paper researches a digital calibration error-proofing method and its application in the production of refrigerators,which realizes accurate error-proofing of packag-ing boxes and guarantees product quality through automatic collection of product barcodes and two-dimensional codes of packaging boxes,order BOM consistency calibration of internal and external packaging boxes,and resultant MES closed-loop control.
