Research and Application of Optimization on Square and Tapered Ejector Structure in Injection Molding Dies
As a critical molding ejection mechanism in injection molds,the performance of the square inclined ejec-tor structure directly affects the durability and stability of the mold.This paper delves into the problems existing in the square inclined ejector structure and proposes improvement strategies,aiming to reduce maintenance costs during long-term mold use,enhance production efficiency and product quality through optimized design,and experimentally verifies the effectiveness of the improvement schemes.Finally,the research findings are summarized,and future research direc-tions are outlined.
