破壁机搅打刀片断裂分析及改善研究

本文针对某破壁机产品在研发过程中出现的搅打刀片异常断裂问题,结合仿真模拟、性能测试及显微观察等手段,开展了失效机理及原因分析等工作.结果显示:搅打刀片的失效模式为疲劳断裂,刀片材料的静态拉伸强度及动态疲劳强度均满足技术要求,同时刀片的结构设计具有足够的安全系数,而成型工艺中的铆接应力水平过高可能在刀片中心铆接区域附近表面引入局部损伤,进而引发疲劳断裂.为此提出了针对性的改善方案,并对改善后新制备的搅打刀片重新搭载破壁机产品进行耐久寿命测试,结果评价通过.
Fracture Analysis and Improvement of Beater Blade in High Speed Blender
In this paper,the failure mechanism and cause analysis were carried out by means of simulation,perfor-mance test and microscopic observation,aiming at the abnormal fracture of the beating blade in the development of a wall breaking machine.The results show that the failure mode of the blade is fatigue fracture,and the static tensile strength and dynamic fatigue strength of the blade material meet the technical requirements.At the same time,the struc-tural design of the blade has sufficient safety factor.The high level of rivet stress in the molding process may introduce local damage to the surface near the center hole area of the blade,and then cause fatigue fracture.To this end,a specific improvement scheme is put forward,and the durability test of the newly prepared beating blade is carried out after the improvement,and the result is evaluated.
