摘要

本文通过介绍机械式烤箱的控温机理,分析影响机械式烤箱温控精度的几个主要因子,包括液胀温控器本体的控温精度,温控探头所处位置,发热管的功率,保温棉的重量,保温棉的厚度,保温棉的包裹手法,烤箱控温丝印准确性.在设计、制造、检验环节通过管控关键零部件的关键参数,从而使机械式烤箱的控温精度更加准确.

Abstract

In this paper,we introduced main factors affecting the temperature control mechanism of mechanical oven including the temperature control accuracy of the liquid expansion thermostat,the position of the temperature probe,the power of the heating pipe,the weight,thickness of the insulation cotton and also the way we wrap the insulation cotton,and the accuracy of the silk-screen.Thus,in order to improve the temperature control accuracy of mechanical ovens,we recommend that the key parameters throughout the process of oven manufacturing production should be controlled prop-erly.
