本文通过对全闭合壁挂式空调器长期运动部件可靠性实验,归纳了关于该类机型全闭合导风板运行过程中经常出现的问题,并分析和研究故障问题的原理,提出对应的整改方案,据此优化全闭合导风板运动机构的设计.
Optimal Design Scheme of the Drive Mechanism of Fully Closed Wall-mounted Air Conditioner
In this paper,through the reliability experiment of the long-term moving parts of the fully closed wall-mounted air conditioner,the problems that often occur during the operation of the fully closed air deflector of this type of air conditioner are summarized,and the principle of the failure problem is analyzed and studied,and the correspond-ing solutions are proposed.The rectification plan is based on optimizing the design of the motion mechanism of the fully closed wind deflector.
