自动平衡作为不平衡控制的常用方法之一,在磁悬浮轴承系统中有着广泛的应用.自动平衡虽然能够有效提高磁悬浮轴承系统的稳定性,但在径向刚体临界转速附近运行时容易引起系统震荡,不能保证转子在全转速范围内的稳定运行.对此,本文提出一种磁悬浮轴承不平衡控制方法,在不同转速范围通过改变陷波滤波器的相位角来提高系统开环增益,进而保证转子在全频段稳定运行.
Simulation Analysis of Magnetic Bearing Unbalance Control Based on Phase Shift Notch Filter
As one of the common methods of unbalance control,auto-balancing has a wide range of applications in magnetic bearing system.Although auto-balancing can effectively improve the stability of the magnetic bearing system,it is easy to cause system oscillations when operating near the critical speed of the radial rigid body,which cannot ensure the stable operation of the rotor in the full speed range.In this regard,this article proposes a magnetic bearing unbalance control based on phase shift notch filter,which improves the open loop gain of the system by changing the phase angle of the notch filter in different speed ranges,thereby ensuring the stable operation of the rotor in all frequency bands.
