本文主要探讨继电器与电磁阀的PWM(脉宽调制)控制方案设计.通过对继电器和电磁阀的工作原理、PWM控制技术的基本概念,提出一种PWM控制的继电器与电磁阀控制方案.此方案具有提高系统控制精度、降低能耗优点,同时也降低继电器与电磁阀自身发热,延长继电器、电磁阀、供电系统的使用寿命.本文将从理论分析、方案设计、实验验证等方面进行详细阐述.
Low Power Relay or Low Power Solenoid Valve Applications Based on PWM Control
This paper mainly discusses the design of PWM(pulse width modulation)control scheme of relay and sole-noid valve.Based on the working principle of relay and solenoid valve and the basic concept of PWM control technology,a control scheme of relay and solenoid valve under PWM control is proposed.This scheme has the advantages of improv-ing the control precision of the system,reducing the energy consumption,reducing the heating of the relay and solenoid valve,and extending the service life of the relay,solenoid valve and power supply system.This paper will be elaborated from the aspects of theoretical analysis,scheme design,experimental verification and so on.
