Currently,there is a lack of maintenance acceptance guidelines on the safety and quality of electrical equip-ment for measurement,control and laboratory use,which leads to safety hazards as the safety quality of the equipment cannot be reasonably assessed after the maintenance function fails.The authors analyze the relationship between failure and maintenance,and based on the routine tests described in IEC 61010-1 Annex F,combined with the electric shock hazard assessment and insulation resistance substitution test,and with the requirements of the maintenance documents,they construct a set of maintenance acceptance guideline model for the industry's reference.
