摘要

探究基于用户体验的电商平台试用版块交互设计策略.前期进行竞品分析总结电商平台试用版块的设计架构,提炼设计洞察点.之后通过定量与定性研究挖掘用户使用过程中深层次需求以及目前产品存在的问题.最后基于用户体验要素模型提出电商平台试用版块交互设计策略.促进电商平台的获客与转化,提升用户对电商平台的满意度和活跃度,为相关设计提供参考.

Abstract

Explore interactive design strategies for trial sections of e-commerce platforms based on user experience.Conduct competitive analysis and summarize the design architecture of the trial section of the e-commerce platform in the early stage,and extract design insights.Afterwards,quantitative and qualitative research will be conducted to explore the deep-seated needs of users during the usage process and the existing problems of the product.Finally,based on the user experience element model,propose interactive design strategies for the trial section of e-commerce platforms.Promote customer acquisition and conversion on e-commerce platforms,enhance user satisfaction and activity on e-commerce platforms,and provide reference for related designs.
