摘要
GB 42296-2022《电动自行车用充电器安全技术要求》于 2023 年 07 月 01 日正式实施,作为电动自行车用充电器的第一个强制性标准,提出了互认协同协议的要求,但未阐述具体的测试方法.本文通过当前存在的问题点和测试方法对该标准中第 5.5.5 条款"充电器与被充电电池组(系统)应有互认协同协议"内容进行解读,为电动自行车用充电器企业设计产品功能、从事相关检测工作以及后续标准测试规范化提供一份技术参考文件.
Abstract
GB 42296-2022"Safety technical requirements of charger for electric bicycles"was 2023 on July 01.As the first mandatory standard for chargers for electric bicycles,it sets out requirements for mutual recognition and coordi-nation agreements,however,no specific test method is described.This paper interprets the content of clause 5.5.5 of the standard"There should be mutual recognition and cooperation agreement between Charger and rechargeable battery pack(system)"through the existing problems and testing methods,it provides a technical reference document for elec-tric bicycle charger enterprises to design product functions,engage in related testing work and follow-up standard testing standardization.
