Optimization Study on Parameters of Motion Mechanism Driving Motor and Transmission Rod of Range Hood
The smoothness and reliability of the automatic opening and closing of the smoke collecting plate of the range hood are important indicators for evaluating the quality of the motion mechanism design,The selection of the mechanism motor and the connection structure between the transmission rod and the motor shaft play significant roles in the stability and reliability of the smoke collecting plate.Based on the established specific functional model of the motion mechanism,this paper conducts a systematic analysis and risk identification of the motion mechanism for different motor performance parameters,different materials of the transmission rod,and connection structures,combined with the ANSYS finite ele-ment analysis tool.The identified results are verified and improved through physical experiments.Eventually,a relatively ideal motor parameter selection and a superior connection structure of the transmission rod are formed,which has uni-versal guiding significance for the subsequent design of the motion mechanism.
