摘要

随着环保意识的普及和人们生活水平的提高,过滤网在各类设备中的应用越来越广泛.为了保证过滤网的正常运转,需要对其进行定期清洁,而传统的手工清洁方式效率低且存在一定的安全隐患.因此,设计一种过滤网自动清洁装置并保证其可靠性成为了研究热点.本文针对过滤网自动清洁装置的传动部件进行可靠性仿真分析,运用有限元分析和Monte Carlo模拟方法对其在正常使用环境下的受力情况和在极端情况下的可靠性进行分析.

Abstract

With the popularization of environmental awareness and the improvement of people's living standards,the application of filters in various equipment is becoming more and more widespread.In order to ensure the normal opera-tion of the filter,it needs to be cleaned regularly.However,traditional manual cleaning methods are inefficient and pose certain safety hazards.Therefore,designing a reliable automatic cleaning device for filtering nets has become a research hotspot.This paper focuses on the reliability simulation analysis of the transmission components of the automatic clean-ing device for filtering nets,using finite element analysis and Monte Carlo simulation methods to analyze its stress under normal operating conditions and reliability under extreme conditions.
