伺服系统加速寿命试验技术研究

伺服系统为机器人的核心零部件,其可靠性水平直接影响机器人的使用精度和使用寿命,由于伺服系统的MTBF可达到上万小时以上,传统基于现场运行的可靠性试验方法试验周期长,样本量大,为了解决该问题,本文提出一整套伺服系统加速寿命试验方法,并成功应用G公司伺服系统产品验证,相比传统的可靠性试验时间大幅缩短,提供研发效率,降低试验成本,同时通过解决试验过程中发现的故障,提升产品可靠性水平.
Study on the Accelerated Life Test Technology of Servo System
As the core component of robots,the reliability of the servo system directly affects the usage accuracy and service life of the robot.Since the Mean Time Between Failures(MTBF)of the servo system can exceed tens of thousands of hours,traditional reliability testing methods based on on-site operation have long testing cycles and a large number of samples.To address this issue,this paper proposes a set of life accelerated testing method for servo systems,which has been successfully applied to the verification of servo system products of Company G.Compared to traditional reliability testing,this method significantly reduces testing time,improves research and development efficiency,and reduces testing costs.Additionally,by addressing faults discovered during the testing process,the reliability of the product is enhanced.
