Impeller Optimization Design Method for Multi-Blade Centrifugal Fans in Complex Confined Spaces
In order to improve the aerodynamic performance and noise value of the multi-blade centrifugal fan in the restricted space, the double-arc blade type is selected and parametrically designed for the internal flow characteristics in the restricted space, and the functional relationship between the optimization parameters and the optimization target is established through the optimal Latin Hypercubic experimental design method by adopting the Kriging agent model and the optimal double-arc blade type with the help of the Pareto front with the help of the NSGA-II algorithm for finding the optimum algorithm. The optimal double arc profile is obtained.Analytical comparison and experimental verification of the non-constant internal flow field of the fan before and after optimization are carried out,and it is found that by adjust-ing the impeller, the distribution of the flow field in the blade runner can be improved, and the power-doing capacity of the blade can be effectively improved, and the noise performance of the fan can be reduced.
