Research on Sampling Method of Microbes Clean Air Delivery Rate Based on Solid Impact Method
In the current testing methods for microbes clean air delivery(MCADR)at home and abroad,the sampling time scheme requires laboratory personnel to manually adjust based on the purification rate of the test prototype and laboratory experience,which makes it difficult to ensure the consistency of test results between different laboratories.Therefore,this article uses the commonly used Staphylococcus aureus 8032 in domestic microbiology laboratories as the characterization substance for air microorganisms,and selects the Anderson six stage sieve impact air microorgan-ism sampler as the sampling device to systematically analyze the influence of different sampling times on colony count-ing results under different concentration conditions.A set of stable and applicable sampling time schemes for different MCADR ranges has been developed to avoid subjective experience settings that may reduce the accuracy of MCADR detection results.
