房车空调多翼离心风机噪音优化研究

针对某款房车空调风机噪音过大问题,采用大风轮低转速的方法进行减噪.将风机直径由 120 mm增加到 140 mm,并重新设计匹配的风道型线及蜗舌.在保持风轮叶型不变的情况下,对叶片数和叶片宽度进行正交设计,通过CFD计算正交设计所有方案的风机效率,挑选风机效率最高的两个方案基于Actran进行进一步噪音仿真,然后挑出最终方案进行做样测试.结果表明:在保持风量相当的情况下,采用大叶轮可以将转速从 1 700 rpm下降到 1 450 rpm,风机噪音下降了 3.1 dB(A),且功率下降 9.1%.
Research on Noise Optimization of Multi Wing Centrifugal Fan for RV Air Conditioning
In response to the problem of excessive noise from the air conditioning fan of a certain RV,the method of reducing noise by using a low-speed large impeller is adopted.Increase the diameter of the fan from 120 mm to 140 mm and redesign the matching air duct profile and volute tongue.Under the condition of keeping the blade shape of the wind turbine unchanged,orthogonal design is carried out for the number of blades and blade width.The efficiency of all or-thogonal design schemes is calculated by CFD,and the two schemes with the highest fan efficiency are selected for fur-ther noise simulation based on Actran.Then,the final scheme is selected for sample testing.The results show that,while maintaining the same air volume,using large impeller can reduce the speed from 1 700 rpm to 1 400 rpm,reduce the fan noise by 3.1 dB(A),and decrease the power by 9.1%.
