研究电磁加热(Induction heating,IH)电饭煲的超高能效技术,不仅能使其实现更高的能效等级,匹配其产品定位,推动电饭煲行业健康发展,还能为国家"双碳"能源战略做出贡献.基于此,本文从IH电饭煲整机结构、能效现状出发,系统地对加热系统能效进行研究,还对热量流失系统(隔热系统)进行研究,从而获得有效易落地的改善措施:细线密绕线盘技术、多磁条聚磁技术、封闭多层空气隔热结构.本文可以给家电企业以及相关的IH加热部件企业一定的参考借鉴.
Research on Energy Efficiency Technology of IH Electric Cooker
The ultra-high energy efficiency technology of Induction heating(IH)electric cooker will not only enable them to achieve higher energy efficiency,matching their product positioning,promoting the healthy development of the electric cooker industry,but also contribute to the national"dual carbon"energy strategy.Therefore,this paper sys-tematically studies the energy efficiency of the heating system from the perspective of the overall structure and energy efficiency of the IH electric cooker r,and studies the heat loss system(heat insulation system).The obtain effective im-provement measures:thin wire dense coil technology,multi-magnetic strip magnetic accumulation technology,closed multi-layer air insulation structure.This paper can attribute some reference to household appliance enterprises and re-lated IH heating parts enterprises.
