高耐污性PMMA的制备及其性能

选用含有反应性基团的有机硅氧烷、全氟聚醚与甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行聚合反应制备低表面能改性PMMA.采用接触角测试、耐磨测试、耐污测试以及观察表面形貌分析了改性PMMA板的性能.结果表明,提高反应性有机硅的含量和分子量,可以提升改性PMMA板的水接触角和耐污性,且反应性全氟聚醚可以同时提升PMMA的水接触角和油接触角.改性PMMA板用于浴缸时,可使产品具备高耐污性的优势.
Preparation and Properties of PMMA with High Stain Resistance
The low surface energy modified PMMA was prepared by the polymerization reaction,which selected or-ganosiloxane containing reactive groups,perfluoropolyether,methyl methacrylate and observing surface morphology.The properties of modified PMMA plate were studied by contact angle test,wear resistance test and stain resistance test.The results show that the water contact angle and stain resistance of modified PMMA plate have been improved by increasing the content and molecular weight of reactive silicone,while water contact angle and oil contact angle of modified PMMA plate have been improved by reactive perfluoropolyether at the same time.When the modified PMMA plate is used in the bathtub,the product can have the advantage of high pollution resistance.
