为解决电动晾衣架晾晒数量少和晾晒质量低的问题,基于TRIZ创新理论,开展了电动晾衣架的创新设计.通过系统功能模型图与因果分析得出现有电动晾衣架晾晒数量少和晾晒质量低的根本原因,并综合运用系统裁剪、技术矛盾等方法,设计出全新的多杆分层晾晒双引擎晾衣架,通过对成本、可行性和可靠性的分析,确定了最终方案.使用TRIZ创新理论可优化现有设计方法,提供问题定义分析求解的思路,形成有效的系统化设计,为电动晾衣架的创新设计提供参考.
Innovative Electric Drying Rack Design based on TRIZ
In order to solve the problem of low quantity and low quality of electric drying clothes rack,based on TRIZ innovation theory,an innovative design of electric drying clothes rack was developed.Through the functional model diagram of the system and the causal analysis,the root causes of the low quantity and low quality of the existing electric drying clothes rack were obtained,and a new multi-rod layered drying double engine drying clothes rack was designed by comprehensively applying the methods of system cutting,technical contradiction.The final scheme was determined through the analysis of cost,feasibility and reliability.The use of TRIZ innovation theory can optimize the existing design methods,provide ideas for problem definition,analysis and solution,form an effective systematic design,and provide references for the innovative design of electric drying racks.
