摘要

为了实现净水机的集成化和小型化,开发了集成水路板,将各部件连接在水路板上,替代了PE管和接头密布的连接方式,降低了漏水失效,也大大缩小了整机体积.经在整机上验证,合理的集成水路板布局能满足流速要求,同时各项性能达到指标要求.滤材研发方面,将传统的PP棉和活性炭滤芯,集成为一支PAC碳纤维滤芯,同时实现粗过滤和去除余氯的功能.经验证,PAC的寿命和各项去除率指标达到了两支滤芯的同等效果.为了在同等体积下提升RO膜滤芯的寿命,创新性地研发出了 3D节水膜,将传统RO膜的流道优化,实现了寿命和脱盐率提升的效果.为了实现滤芯集成化,降低用户的换芯成本,开发了双芯产品,替代了传统四根芯的功能,经验证各项性能指标达到了要求.

Abstract

In order to achieve the integration and miniaturization of the water purifier,the integrated waterway board has been developed.The relevant components are connected to the waterway board,which replaces the dense connection mode of PE pipes and joints,reduces the leakage failure,and greatly reduces the volume of the whole machine.The verification demonstrated that reasonable layout of waterway board can meet the flow rate requirements and performance index.In regard to filter material,PAC carbon fiber filter was developed,which instead of the traditional PP and activated carbon filter.Testing verified that PAC could realize the function of coarse filtration and removal of residual chlorine,and the life and removal rate of PAC reached the same effect as that of two filter elements.In order to improve the life of the RO membrane filter element at the same volume,the 3D water-saving membrane was innovatively developed.3D membrane optimized the flow channel to increase the life and desalinization rate.In order to realize the integration of filter element and reduce the cost of replacing filters,the dual-core filters were developed,which replaces the traditional four filters.It is proved that the performance indicators of dual-core filters were achieved.
