Research on Improvement of Beat Free Current Predictive Control Based on PMSM
Aiming at the problem that the non-beat current predictive control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is easily affected by the mismatch of model parameters, which leads to the instability of the system and the large amplitude current oscillation of d and q axes.An adaptive incremental current elimination algorithm is proposed, which calculates the given voltage at the next time through the predicted voltage, actual current and reference current at the next time, eliminates the flux parameter, and eliminates the resistance parameter when the resistance is less than the ratio of inductance to sampling time. The effect of model parameter mismatch on the system is reduced.Voltage phase compensation is introduced to compensate the given voltage in order to eliminate the static difference of Q-axis current and reduce the static difference of steady state current. The experimental results show that the proposed method can restrain the current oscillation when the model parameters are mismatched, and improve the robustness of the system.
