电参数对电火花微深孔加工间隙的影响

微细电火花加工技术广泛应用于难加工材料的微细孔加工中,工业实际生产对微细深孔加工提出了更高的精度要求,但大长径比电极在微深孔加工过程中易发生变形,使加工间隙增大,影响加工精度。通过使用相同直径、不同长度的电极,变换不同电压、电容设计实验,得出相同直径的电极变形程度随长度增加而变大,随电压升高而变大,且与电容关系较复杂的结论,为实际生产中提高加工精度提供参考依据。
Effects of Electric Parameters on Micro Hole Machining Gap in Micro-EDM
Micro-EDM is widely used in the micropores of machining difficult materials ,industrial production has put forward higher requirements for high aspect ratio hole ,large aspect ratio electrode is deformed because the disturbance force in process ,and machining accuracy is affected. The experiment is designed in different electric parameters such as voltage ,capacitance. The deformation of electrode becomes larger with increase of voltage ,and it has a more complex relationship with capacitance ,the experimental results can provide reference for improving the machining accuracy in practical production.
