Research on Margin Homogenization Technology of Electrochemical Rotary Trepanning Machining for Twisted Blisk
The twisted blisk is widely used in aero-engines,but the electrochemical rotary trepanning machining has an obvious advantage in the efficient removal of large margin of the blisk channel.Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of allowance after electrochemical machining of twisted blisk rotating nesting,an electrochemical machining method of homogenization allowance rotating nesting based on side clearance prediction of variable voltage was proposed, and the relationship between side clearance and voltage is determined by electric field simulation, according to which a variable voltage processing scheme that can homogenize the margin was formulated, and a comparative test of constant voltage and variable voltage rotary nesting machining method was carried out.The result showed that the maximum margin difference of twisted blades after variable voltage processing is reduced from 1.63 mm to 1.12 mm,and the margin distribution is improved which lays a technical foundation for subsequent electrochemical finishing.
