圆柱锂电池铝极耳超声波点焊工艺研究

超声波点焊技术是一种效率高、可靠性好且绿色环保的固相连接技术,是圆柱锂电池制造工艺的关键技术,但目前关于超声波点焊连接圆柱锂电池极耳和盖帽引片机制的研究较少.结合焊接过程仿真和试验论证,研究了超声波点焊连接电池极耳和盖帽引片的过程,主要分析了焊接压强和焊接时间的影响,及电池循环测试后焊接强度的变化.结果表明,在焊接过程中,其他条件一定时,焊接强度随焊接压强和焊接时间的增大均呈现先增大后减小的趋势.当焊接压强为 0.3 MPa,焊接时间为 0.04 s时,焊接的效果最佳,极耳的最大拉剪为 45.8 N;极耳焊接后制造圆柱锂电池,经过循环测试后,最佳工艺参数下焊接的极耳在循环测试后仍能保持较好的焊接质量.
Research on Ultrasonic Spot Welding Technology for Aluminum Pole Ears of Cylindrical Lithium Batteries
Ultrasonic spot welding technology is a high-efficiency,reliable,and environmentally friendly solid-phase connection technology,which is a key technology in the manufacturing process of cylindrical lithium batteries.However,there is currently limited research on the mechanism of ultrasonic spot welding connecting the pole ears and cover plates of cylindrical lithium batteries.This article combines welding process simulation and experimental verification to study the process of ultrasonic spot welding connecting battery pole ears and cover plate guide plates.The main analysis is the influence of welding pressure and welding time,as well as the changes in welding strength after battery cycle testing.The results indicate that during the welding process,when other conditions are constant,the welding strength shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of welding pressure and welding time.When the welding pressure is 0.3 MPa and the welding time is 0.04 s,the welding effect is optimal,and the maximum tensile shear force of the pole ear is 45.8 N;Perform battery cycling tests on the welded pole ears,and under the optimal process parameters,the welded pole ears can still maintain good welding quality after cycling tests.
