基于ARM+FPGA的电火花小孔机床数控系统设计

针对现阶段电火花小孔加工数控系统兼容性差、实时性低、模块冗余的缺点,设计开发了一款基于嵌入式ARM+FPGA架构的电火花小孔加工数控系统.将上位机的功能合理划分成多个功能模块,设计成不同的软件进程,并合理分配CPU资源,提高系统可靠性和实时性.上位机使用RS485总线直接与伺服驱动器通信,并直接计算出电机控制指令,通过工业以太网传输至FPGA输出脉冲信号控制电机和硬件设备,形成软数控系统.通过电火花小孔加工和电火花铣削试验表明,设计的软数控系统稳定可靠,加工效果良好.
CNC System Design of EDM Small Hole Machine Based on ARM + FPGA
Aiming at the shortcomings of poor compatibility,low real-time performance and module redundancy of EDM small hole machining CNC system at present,a EDM small hole machining CNC system based on embedded ARM+FPGA architecture is designed and developed.The functions of the host computer are reasonably divided into multiple functional modules,designed into different software processes,and CPU resources are reasonably allocated to improve system reliability and real-time performance.The upper computer uses RS485 bus to directly communicate with the servo driver,and directly calculates the motor control instruction,which is transmitted to the FPGA output pulse signal through the industrial Ethernet to control the motor and hardware equipment,forming a soft CNC system.The experiments of EDM small hole machining and EDM milling show that the designed soft CNC system is stable and reliable,and the processing effect is fine.
