激光熔覆制备WC增强镍基合金涂层研究进展

碳化钨(WC)镍基合金涂层具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、高硬度等优异性能,利用激光熔覆技术制备WC镍基合金涂层优势明显,已成为国内外研究的热点.通过对激光熔覆制备WC增强镍基合金涂层的研究进展进行综述,首先介绍了WC增强镍基合金涂层的特性及其激光熔覆制备方法,其次介绍了几种常用的熔覆层性能改善措施和后处理技术,最后对WC增强镍基合金涂层激光熔覆制备技术存在的问题及发展趋势进行了展望.
Research Progress of WC Reinforced Nickel-based Alloy Coatings Prepared by Laser Cladding
Tungsten carbide(WC)reinforced nickel-based coatings have excellent properties such as high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,wear resistance and high hardness.There are advantages for WC-Ni alloy coatings preparation by using laser cladding technology,and have become a hot research topic.The research progress of WC-Ni alloy coatings preparation with laser cladding was reviewed.Firstly,the characteristics of WC reinforced nickel-based alloy coatings and their laser cladding preparation methods were introduced.Secondly,several common performance-improved measurements and post-treatment technologies for cladding layers were introduced.Finally,the problems and development trends of WC reinforced nickel-based alloy coating laser cladding preparation technology were looked forward.
