基于故障树的单向走丝电火花线切割机床故障诊断

为提高单向走丝电火花线切割机床使用寿命和加工效率,减少并预防故障事件的发生,提高机床的工作效率.应用故障树分析软件建立故障树模型,并进行定性、定量和蒙特卡罗仿真分析,确定单向走丝电火花线切割机床故障模式.通过定性分析得到 93 个最小割集,定量分析得出100件底事件结构重要度优先顺序,蒙特卡罗仿真分析得到 100件底事件模式重要度优先顺序.综合得出单向走丝电火花线切割机床发生故障时优先考虑的事件,进一步分析对机床工作影响最大的底事件类型并提出解决方案或预防措施,对其他系列机床乃至其故障研究都可提供参考.
Fault Tree Based Fault Diagnosis of Unidirectional Traveling Wire-EDM Machine Tools
In order to improve the service life and processing efficiency of unidirectional traveling wire-EDM machine tools,reduce and prevent the occurrence of fault events,improve the working efficiency of machine tools.Fault tree analysis software was applied to establish a fault tree model for its machine tools,and qualitative,quantitative and Monte Carlo simulation analyses were performed to determine the failure modes of the uinidirectional traveling EDM machines.The qualitative analysis yields 93 minimum cut sets,the quantitative analysis yields 100 pieces of bottom event structure importance priority order,and the Monte Carlo simulation analysis yields 100 pieces of bottom event mode importance priority order.The most prioritised events of unidirectional traveling wire-EDM machines failures are comprehensively derived,and the types of bottom events that have the greatest impact on the work of the machine are further analysed and solutions or preventive measures are put forward,which are direct references to the failure studies of other series of machine tools and even other types of machine tools.
