摘要
针对航空航天领域激光选区熔化技术成形的多通道复杂构件内流道表面缺陷问题,开展内流道抛光技术研究.先对成形缺陷和磨粒流抛光原理进行介绍,然后通过对典型多通道构件特征分析和磨粒流抛光仿真分析,合理安排流道抛光顺序,优化磨粒抛光参数,实现直径 5~13.5 mm的内流道抛光;最后通过对抛光后的内流道进行剖切确认,流道内壁表面光滑无挂粉,表面粗糙度优于Ra3.2 μm,为激光选区熔化成形技术在航空航天领域制造的内流道构件研制方面提供了高质量抛光技术方案.
Abstract
Research on inner channel polishing technology is carried out to address the surface defects of multi-channel complex components formed by SLM in the aerospace field.The principles of SLM defects and abrasive flow polishing was introduced.By analyzing the characteristics of typical multi-channel components and simulating abrasive flow polishing,the polishing sequence is reasonably arranged,and the parameters are optimized with a diameter of 5~13.5 mm.By dissecting and confirming,the surface of the inner wall of the channel is smooth without hanging powder,and the surface roughness is better than Ra3.2 μm.This provides a high-quality polishing technology solution for the inner channel components manufactured by SLM in the aerospace field.
