为提高TC4 钛合金叶片性能,对其进行表面超声滚压处理,分析了主轴转速、进给速度、静压力、滚压次数四个因素对表面粗糙度的影响,并通过正交试验优化参数.结果表明,主轴转速、进给速度对表面粗糙度的影响显著,通过水平分析,筛选出最优方案为主轴转速 400 r/min、进给速度0.1 mm/r、静载荷 490 N、滚压次数3 次.表面超声滚压是一种有效的TC4 钛合金表面质量提升工艺,筛选的最佳工艺方案可将表面粗糙度由Ra0.8 μm降低至Ra0.079 μm,摩擦系数降为一半,耐磨性显著提升,证明该工艺方案在TC4钛合金叶片使用寿命提高方面具有一定的参考意义.
The Effect of Ultrasonic Surface Rolling Process on TC4 Titanium Alloy Surface Roughness
The surface ultrasonic rolling treatment was carried out on TC4 titanium alloy.The influences of four factors,namely spindle speed,feed rate,static pressure and rolling times,on surface roughness were analyzed.Parameter optimization was performed through orthogonal tests.The test results showed that among all the factors affecting surface roughness,spindle speed and feed rate had significant impacts.Through the analysis of optimal levels,the optimal scheme was determined as follows:spindle speed of 400 r/min,feed speed of 0.1 mm/r,static load of 490 N,and rolling times of 3.Surface ultrasonic rolling processing is an effective technology for improving the surface quality of TC4 titanium alloy.The selected optimal process scheme can reduce the surface roughness from Ra0.8 μm to Ra0.079 μm,cut the friction coefficient in half,and significantly enhance the wear resistance.This process scheme has certain guiding significance in increasing the service life of TC4 titanium alloy blades.
