详细介绍了电火花沉积技术的基本原理及其放电机理,从电极材料、工艺参数、沉积设备自动化及与其他技术复合加工等方面论述了该技术的研究现状和最新进展,旨在提高电火花沉积层的耐磨损、耐腐蚀及抗氧化等性能,为其试验的制定和生产提供一定的参考.最后分析了该技术的应用现状、发展中存在的主要问题以及与国外的差距,指出我国表面技术研究者未来的主要研究方向,为其在各工程领域中的推广应用提供参考.
Abstract
This article provides a detailed introduction to the basic principle and discharge mechanism of electric discharge deposition technology.The research status and latest progress of this technology are discussed from the aspects of electrode materials,process parameters,deposition equipment automation,and composite processing with other technologies.The aim is to improve the wear resistance,corrosion resistance,and oxidation resistance of the electric discharge deposition layer,providing a certain reference for the formulation and production of its experiments.Finally,the application status,main problems in development,and gap with foreign countries of this technology were analyzed,and the main research directions for Chinese surface technology researchers in the future were pointed out,providing reference for its promotion and application in various engineering fields.
