摘要

回顾了电火花精密加工工艺的提出及其实现四类技术条件和回转式电火花加工的发展演变过程,着重介绍了共轭回转式电火花精密加工工艺的基本原理及其工艺特点,展示了应用回转式电火花精密加工的典型零件,并对回转式电火花精密加工进行技术展望.

Abstract

The proposal and its four technical implementation conditions of precise EDM process and method are reviewed,together with the development and evolution of rotary precise EDM which invented by Mr.Sun Changshu.The basic process principle and technical characteristics of conjugate revolution precise EDM process and method are introduced emphatically.Then,the precision machining effect is eventually demonstrated with typical parts,which were all manufactured by rotary precise EDM method.Finally,the technology outlook of rotary precise EDM is prospected.
