针对直升机桨毂中央件大尺寸异形孔零件的加工需求,开展了电解加工机床的研制,从主体结构、防护结构、集成电解液系统和加工电源的设计等方面展开,最后通过加工试验对机床的设计可靠性进行了验证.结果表明,对钛合金Ti1023 进行大尺寸异形孔电解加工,制件的轮廓尺寸与表面质量都能达到预期要求.
Development of Electrochemical Machining Tool for Large-sized Special-shaped Holes in the Central Part of Propeller Hub
According to the machining requirements of large-sized special-shaped holes in the central part of helicopter propeller hub,the development of electrochemical machining tool was carried out,and the design of the main structure,protective structure,integrated electrolyte system and machining power supply were promoted.Finally,the reliability of the machine tool was verified through machining experiments.The result indicated that electrochemical machining of large-sized special-shaped holes on titanium alloy Ti1023 can meet the expected requirements for the contour dimensions and surface quality of the testpiece.
