摘要

电机系统是新能源汽车的核心零部件之一,其振动特性直接影响汽车运行的稳定性,因此需在研制阶段对其随机振动强度进行分析.文章以某款电机系统为研究对象,通过仿真分析与试验测试,分析了电机子系统模态特性,建立了包含工装的电机系统动力学分析模型,并通过随机振动试验,验证了分析模型的准确性,为电机随机振动强度的分析提供了支撑.

Abstract

As one of the core components of new ener-gy vehicles,the vibration characteristics of the motor sys-tem directly affect the stability of vehicle operation,there-fore,it is necessary to analyze the random vibration intensi-ty in the development stage.In this paper,a motor system is taken as the research object,the modal characteristics of the motor subsystem are analyzed through simulation analysis and experimental test.The dynamic analysis model on the motor system including the tooling is established while ac-curacy of the analysis model is verified by random vibration test,providing support for the analysis of the random vibra-tion strength of the motor.
