摘要

文章研究了单面透气保护带的热收缩率、预烘温度、挂漆量及在风力发电机绕组端部中的应用情况.结果表明:采用单面透气保护带的样品较采用编织类保护带的样品的挂漆量高、防流失性好,可以满足风力发电机绝缘体系使用要求,绕组端部采用单面透气保护带的模型综合电气性能良好.

Abstract

The article studies the thermal shrinkage,pre-baking temperature and paint hanging capacity as well as the application of single-sided breathable protective tape into the wind turbine winding ends.The results show that the samples by the single-sided breathable tape have higher paint hanging capacity and better anti-loss property than those by the woven tape,meeting with the requirements of the wind turbine insulation systems.The winding end model fabricated by the one-sided breathable protective tape possesses comprehensive electrical performance.
