Study on Vibration Analysis and Suppression of the Main Motor of Reversible Rolling Mills
Based upon the analysis on the rotor mag-netic potential and vibration of the squirrel cage asynchro-nous motor and combined with the actual vibration data of the main motor of the reversible rolling mill,the analyzed result is achieved that the abnormal vibration of the main motor of the reversible rolling mill is caused by the reso-nance between the rotor magnetic potential and the outer side plate of the stator main plate of the motor.According to the actual situation of the site,a strategy for suppressing vibration is put forward.
