Research on the Automatic Welding Technology of an Air-cooled Generator Stator Assembly Structure
In order to increase the automatic manu-facturing level of generators,improve welding quality &efficiency and alleviate the bottleneck of welder human resources,a set of automatic welding platform for the air-cooled generator stator assembly is set up.Through the verification of welding gun accessibility,sample welding test and product simulation welding test,the reliable auto-matic welding process parameters are obtained,to form the automatic welding technology for the air-cooled generator stator assembling with the structure of"connect plate+ring plate".
