摘要

穿转子是发电机装配过程中的重要工序之一,大型发电机通常采用双行车穿转子工艺.国内某核电站由于厂房行车配置原因,无法采用双行车穿转子工艺,为解决此问题,根据现场实际工况,开发了相应的单行车穿转子工艺.详细阐述了单行车穿转子的工艺过程,重点介绍了配套的专用工具、厂内验证过程以及现场实施过程中的关注点.

Abstract

Rotor installation is one of the most im-portant processes during the generator assembling.Large-size generators typically use two cranes to install the rotor.Based upon the configuration of the workshop crane,it is no way to use two cranes to install the rotor in a domestic nu-clear power plant.In order to solve the problem,according to the actual working conditions on site,the corresponding rotor installation process by a single crane is developed.This article introduces the nuclear power generator rotor in-stallation process by a single crane in detail,especially,fo-cus on the dedicated tools and the key points in the process of the scene execution and internal verification in the plant.
