船用低振动噪声三相异步电动机冷却风扇流场分析

文章以JYZC-132L-2型二极立式电动机冷却风扇为例,借助CFD软件,对两款铸铝风扇的流场进行仿真分析.从风扇的气流涡旋、风扇损耗和效率等方面考虑,提出优化建议,为低振动噪声电动机冷却风扇设计提供理论依据.
Flow Field Analysis on the Cooling Fan of Marine Three-phase Asynchronous Motor with Low Vibration Noise
Taking the cooling fan of JYZC-132L-2 two-pole vertical motor as an example,the flow field of two cast aluminum fans is simulated and analyzed by CFD software.Taking the airflow vortex,fan loss and efficiency of the fan into account,the optimization suggestions are put forward,proving the theoretical basis for the design of the cooling fan of the low vibration noise motor.
