文章针对某高速磁悬浮电机转子运行故障,结合高速电机轴系设计基本特点和要求,提出一种高速电机转子临界转速和不平衡响应的分析方法.相比行业内常用的其他分析方法,该方法可以更快、更准确的评估轴系设计风险,可为其他同类型电机转子动力学设计提供参考.
Dynamics Analysis Method of the High-speed Magnetic Levitation Motor Rotor
Aiming at the operation failure of the rotor of the high-speed magnetic levitation motor and combined with the basic characteristics and requirements of the de-sign of the shaft system of a high-speed motor,an analysis method for the critical speed and unbalance response of the rotor of a high-speed motor is proposed.Compared with other analysis methods commonly used in the industry,this method is able to evaluate the risk of shaft system design more quickly and accurately,to provide reference for the rotor dynamics design of other motors of the same type.
