Process Study of the Plasma Surfacing of Ni60B Alloy Layers of Actuators'Magnetic Poles
Process study of the plasma surfacing of Ni60B alloy layers of actuators'magnetic poles is conduct-ed by means of the plasma surfacing technology. When the surfacing welding is performed under different currents, how organization and characteristic of the Ni60B alloy layer being influenced is studied. And after the surfacing welding is finished,it is cooled by different ways as the water-cooling,air-cooling or thermal insulation cooling in the polite, how organization and properties of Ni60B alloy layer being influenced is studied either. The results show that together with the increasing of welding current, the depth of fusion increases, the dilution rate of molten metal increases, the surface hardness decreases and the bonding strength increases.Viewing in the micro metallographic, the post-welding water-cooling way is easy to lead to cracks in the cladding layer, while pre-welding preheating and post-welding slow-cooling is able to effectively prevent the cladding layer from occurrence of cracks.
