摘要

文章对适配300 Mvar调相机的集电环进行研究,通过优化结构型式和通风冷却系统,提高了运维便捷性,降低了产品温升,使机组能够满足高强励、大电流的要求.经工程实践应用表明,优化后的集电环符合产品设计标准,达到设计预期效果.

Abstract

The collector ring equipped with the 300 Mvar condensers is researched in the article,through op-timizing the structural type and ventilation cooling sys-tem,the convenience of operation and maintenance are improved,product temperature rise is reduced,making the unit able to meet the requirements of either high excitation or large current.Engineering practice application shows that the optimized collector ring meets with the product de-sign standards and achieves the expected design effect.
