Multi-Physics Simulation Analysis of the Electric Motors Based on Workbench
When motors operating,there exist a lot of effects involving mechanics,heat,and other factors,there-fore,studying the performance of motors under multi-field coupling is important for improving the overall performance of motors.The static mechanical analysis and thermal anal-ysis of the motor are conducted based on Workbench in the article.Firstly,by performing single-field coupling analysis,the motor's performance is obtained.And then,through thermo-mechanical multi-field simulation,the comprehen-sive performance of the motor is studied.Subsequently,the results of multi-field coupling analysis and those of sin-gle-field coupling analysis are compared with the results of actual performance of the motor,it is found that the multi-field coupling effects are more consistent with the actual performance,which verifies the accuracy of the multi-field coupling analysis.
