摘要
针对某卷烟厂ZB416型高速卷烟包装机内框纸定长输送系统在高速运行时存在拉丝的问题,设计了一种基于三次曲线的内框纸定长输送系统控制算法,有效解决了拉丝问题,使设备在高速情况下稳定运行.
Abstract
In view of the wire drawing problem in the ZB416 high-speed cigarette packaging machine's inner frame paper fixed-length conveying system under the high-speed operation at a certain cigarette factory,a control algorithm for the inner frame paper fixed-length conveying system based on cubic curves with continuous and smooth jerk is designed.It effectively solved the wire drawing problem,allowing the equipment to operate stably under the high speeds.
