Design and Improvement of the Tooling in Aluminum Casting Process of Motor Rotors
The aluminum casting process of the motor rotor mainly includes stamping,pressure casting aluminum and hot sleeve of cast aluminum rotor shaft.Aiming at the problems encountered in actual production,the paper introduces that the work efficiency is gradually improved,product quality is improved and labor intensity is reduced by means of the design and improvement of the process tooling.
