摘要

压缩空气储能用电动发电机对启停次数的要求相对于常规发电机更高.在电动发电机的一个启停循环中,由于离心力和温升的作用,转子磁极引线会受到交变载荷,可能导致低周疲劳损伤.为了避免转子磁极引线在期望服役寿命内发生疲劳破坏,对其疲劳寿命进行了研究.研究结果显示,电动发电机转子磁极引线低周疲劳寿命满足使用要求.

Abstract

Motor-generators for the compressed air energy storage require higher start-stop times than those of the conventional generators.In a start-stop cycle of the mo-tor-generator,the rotor magnetic pole leads are subjected to the alternating loads due to centrifugal force and tempera-ture rise,may lead to low cycle fatigue damage.In order to avoid fatigue failure of the rotor magnetic pole leads within the expected service life,the fatigue life of the rotor mag-netic pole leads is researched.The research results show that the low cycle fatigue life of the rotor magnetic pole leads of the motor-generator meets the application require-ments.
