基于DFMA技术的风电变桨系统优化设计

为了进一步降低风力发电系统产品的造价,采用面向制造与装配设计(Design for Manufacture and Assembly,DFMA)技术,通过探讨传统三柜式变桨系统的设计方案在硬件设计和结构配置等方面存在的问题,提出一种全新集成式变桨系统,在保证运行稳定性的前提下,有效降低风力发电机组其他部件的材料成本和维护成本.
Optimization Design of the Wind Power Variable Propeller System Based on DFMA Technology
In order to further reduce the cost of wind power generation system products,the design for manu-facture and assembly(DFMA)technology is adopted.Through discussing the problems existing in the hardware design and structural configuration in the traditional three cabinet pitch system design scheme,a new integrated wind power variable propeller system is proposed,capable of ef-fectively reducing the material cost and maintenance cost of other components in the wind turbine generator under the premise of ensuring the operation stability.
