Analysis on the Interference Fit between Stator Core and Framework of Fracturing Machinery Motors
Aiming at the interference fit between the stator core and frame of the main motor of the type 5000 electric drive fracturing machine and taking the high and low temperature conditions in practical application into account at same time,the assembly stress and transmission torque of the contact surface under the designed interfer-ence are verified by means of the finite element calculation method.The analysis results have certain guiding signifi-cance for the structural design of the stator core and frame-work of the fracturing machinery motor.
